Our charming Carriage House located above the home’s standalone garage. The room is across the yard from the main house, separated by our pool which is open to guests from June to August. The Carriage House features one bedroom with a stunning queen-sized four poster bed, one bathroom with tub/shower, and a luxe queen sleeper sofa (yes, we put “luxe” and “sofa sleeper” in the same sentence!) in the living room to accommodate up to four people.
The Carriage House has a small, private deck with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning sun. We provide coffee and tea, and coffee shops are just across the street. Our fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, disposal, and full-sized refrigerator. Guest Wi-Fi is provided. In the evenings, feel free to use the retractable screen door, or turn on the A/C. On cozy night, we have electric baseboard heat which warms up the home quickly. We have two HDMI, 30′ screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
