Welcome to the Ashland Carter House, a historic home built in 1909, ideally situated in Historic Downtown Ashland.
To book a room with us, please text Katy at 925-487-5594, and mention that you discovered us through our website.
Step out our front door, and you’ll find yourself on Siskiyou Blvd, perfectly positioned for a leisurely walk to theaters, shops, dining establishments, and delectable dessert spots. A scenic stroll through Lithia Park will lead you to our renowned Pickleball courts, and our newly reimagined Japanese Garden awaits exploration. If you’re in the mood for water fun, a short car ride will take you to Emigrant Lake. Southern Oregon’s treasures also include opportunities for golfing, skiing, hiking, wine tasting, and river rafting. Our central location makes us the preferred home away from home for visiting directors and actors attending the Shakespeare Festival.
Coffee and tea are provided for your convenience, or you can head across the street to Boulevard Café or Starbucks. Safeway is just across the road for any late-night cravings, and we even offer you a reusable shopping bag and preferred shopper number.
Our two available rooms are the Carriage House, situated across the yard above the garage, and the Billiard Room, located within the main house, formerly the billiard room. The Billiard Room has a separate entrance and an en-suite bathroom.
We appreciate your choice of the Ashland Carter House for your stay.
Warm regards, Katy & Jesse Repp
